General Information
Arrival Time - It is important that you let us know when you are to arrive so that
there is someone here to welcome you. Please telephone the morning of your arrival
to confirm the time. Your room will be ready from 4:00pm although earlier arrivals
can be accommodated.
Day of departure - Please vacate your room by 11:00am.
Booking - A non-refundable deposit of 33% is required before a booking can be confirmed.
Payment - The balance of the cost of your stay will be payable on arrival - most
credit cards accepted.
Cancellation - We hope you don't have to but if you do we require 10 days notice.
If cancelled after this time a 100% cancellation fee is payable.
Changes - Outside the 10 days notice if you wish to change the dates of your stay
a £20 administration fee will be payable.
Parking - There is private off-street car parking space for three large cars and/or
6 motorbikes.
Cyclists and walkers are very welcome - drying room and bike storage available.
The Granary Guest House is a no smoking establishment.
