Whether you are a coeliac or you have a gluten intolerance we understand the importance of your personal dietary needs. Here at the Granary guesthouse we offer the same choice of menu - gluten free or not. Fresh and specially prepared with gluten free and organic ingredients.
Specialised Dietary Requirements
There are many specialised diets out there and finding somewhere that caters especially just for you is very difficult. It has been suggested that removing processed foods from the diet, those high in salt, artificial additives and sugars, and going back to eating natural foods, is the start to promoting a good and healthy lifestyle. Here at The Granary guesthouse we use organic ingredients for our breakfasts as much as we possibly can. Certified organic foods are the only way you can guarantee the food is insecticide, pesticide and GMO free. Organic foods, along with specific foods that do not exacerbate allergies within the body, can alleviate symptoms, boost your immune system, and in some cases completely eradicate them and therefore improve a persons well being.
Reap the benefits of a simple organic diet. Whether you want a dairy or lactose free breakfast or a coeliac or a vegetarian who just wants to enjoy good quality tasty foods, we are here for you.
We do recommend when booking you let us know of any specific diet so we can ensure that your every need is catered.
Please note that specialised diets incur a surcharge of £5 per day per person payable on departure.
